Workspaceco was built out of experience, not theory.
Back in 2015, Alex Waters founded Workspaceco after discovering firsthand how powerful remote teams could be in transforming operations and freeing up time for business owners.
At a time when few Australian companies were using offshore support, Workspaceco was one of the first to pioneer the remote team model, connecting business owners with highly trained team members who could keep their operations running smoothly from anywhere.
Over the past 10 years, Alex and the Workspaceco team have worked closely with hundreds of business owners across Australia and beyond – refining processes, training world-class remote talent, and setting the standard for what effective remote support should look like.
Today, Workspaceco continues to lead the way, helping trade business owners build remote teams tailored to their operations – trained in the systems, tools, and communication standards that make the trades tick.

In 2015, I started Workspaceco to make that possible.
